Shipping Policy

Island-wide Delivery

We work with trusted and exceptional courier services to make sure your order is received safely on time.

Delivery times will be from Monday to Saturday and will not occur on Sundays & Mercantile Holidays. There is
an additional cost for delivery. Orders placed before 12 pm will be processed on the same day and delivered according to the delivery times (see below). Any orders placed after 2 pm will be processed the next day and then delivered
according to the delivery times.

Normal Delivery Times:

Colombo City Limits: Next day

Suburbs: 1-2 days

Outstation: 2-3 days

* We will try our best to deliver orders within the allocated delivery time. However, there may be unforeseen circumstances that may cause a delivery to be delayed. If this occurs we apologize in advance and will aim to get the order to you as soon as we can.

Refund Policy

Unless your order was cancelled before the items were dispatched or the entire order was faulty, we will not be providing refunds.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Since we are an online store, the item that needs to be exchanged should be sent to us by courier or post (a charge may apply) to the address we provide within 3 days. Message us the size you require through the same account you ordered from and please note, YOU CAN ONLY EXCHANGE IF THE SIZE DOESN’T MATCH, INTO A DIFFERENT SIZE on the ordered product. If the requested size isn’t available, it can be exchanged into a different style, and a delivery fee will be added again. You can exchange an eligible product only ONCE. That means you cannot exchange an already exchanged product.
